Jason Rudolph is a civil litigator and public education advocate. Jason's practice areas include charter development and defense, facilities, special education, independent study, and labor and employment. After practicing for several years as a business litigator, Jason transitioned into a lobbying role for a statewide charter school advocacy organization. He worked with charter school operators, community organizations, and local officials to maximize charter schools' positive impact and ensure students have access to high-quality public schools. Jason is proud to work at YM&C, where he brings to bear his broad experience to provide counsel to California's charter schools.
