Decisive: Making Better Choices for Impact and Sustainability

The average person makes 35,000 decisions a day. As charter leaders and supporters, the impact of our decisions can change the trajectories of the students, families, and staff in our care. But how do we make better decisions? And how do we do it in a way that is both efficient and equitable?

This session is for anyone responsible for making complex and stressful decisions. It's for leaders at every level who experiences decision fatigue and wants concrete ways to create more space and clarity in their work. Using the tools and frameworks from Decisive by Chip and Dan Heath, participants will understand how the four villains of decision-making may be influencing their leadership while having structured work time to plan for an important decision they need to make.
