Identifying and Alleviating Burnout: Solutions for your Teachers Most at Risk of Leaving

School leaders thrive when they keep quality teachers and achieve consistency. Conversely, high teacher turnover rates can be devastating to the school community and culture. In "The Great Resignation," identifying staff at high-risk to leave is a vital skill.

This implementation-focused session will introduce you to a four-step burnout process that many teachers go through constantly. The session will present tools to identify your highest-risk faculty. The session will then give several strategies effective for highest-risk teachers that you will be able to apply immediately to reduce their burnout. These powerful tools can help to decrease your attrition rate, keep your best teachers, and help previously burned-out teachers function at a higher level!
