Check-in and set-up
All exhibits must be fully installed by 9:00AM, Monday, November 16.
The Exhibit Hall will be available for set-up at the following times:
Dismantle
Exhibits must remain in place until 2:00PM, Tuesday, November 17, 2026, when the return of crates and packing cases begins. Exhibitors who dismantle early may be subject to fees. Dismantle will occur:
