Aligned for Impact: A Sustainable Path to Success
In an increasingly uncertain and competitive environment for charter schools, there are both external threats to mitigate and potential opportunities for growth. Now more than ever, it is critical for charter school leaders and governing boards to be aligned on what makes their school unique, the critical levers for financial sustainability, talent management, and academic success, and clear focus on strategic priorities.
Offering depth of experience in strategy and executive leadership, two consultants will share case studies and resources from top performing charter schools who are successfully navigating enrollment challenges, increasing resources for their schools, pursuing growth opportunities, and developing and preparing leaders at all levels of their organizations. Topics include strategic planning and growth strategy, storytelling and fundraising, recruitment and hiring, and school leader and board evaluations. Participants will also engage in a self-evaluation at the end of the session to identify gaps in leadership alignment and clarify their next steps towards sustainability and success.
