I bring over 25 years of educational experience in both teaching and administrative roles within two of California’s largest school districts - Los Angeles Unified and San Diego Unified. My work has centered on supporting English Learners with an emphasis on advancing equity, compliance, and language development. I have also developed expertise in the charter school sector, having served for 12 years in LAUSD’s Charter Schools Division and the past several years with the Los Angeles County Office of Education’s Charter School Office.
