CA School Finance Authority (CSFA): Charter School Facilities Grant Program (SB 740) and Other Facility Financing Programs
This session will provide an overview of the state and federal programs run by the California School Finance Authority (CSFA) that serve the fiscal and facilities needs of charter schools in California with a focus on the Charter School Facilities Grant Program, commonly known as SB 740.
CSFA will provide updates on their programs and what to expect in 2023-24. CSFA will also be available to answer any questions and/or provide guidance to interested or participating schools.

Ryan has been with the California School Finance Authority since October 2016. Ryan has a background in statistical and financial analysis, education, legislative review, and governance. During his tenure, he has worked on the Authority's conduit bond program and led the Charter School Facilities Program. Currently, he is the manager for the Charter School Facility Grant Program as known as SB-740.
