Registration Policies

Registration Terms and Conditions

Cancellation Deadline: Wednesday, October 18, 2023: A participant who wishes to cancel and receive a refund (less a 25% cancellation fee) must do so by Wednesday, October 18 at 11:59PM, and by the methods specified below. CSDC will not refund a participant’s payment if the participant cancels on Thursday, October 19 or later (substitutions are allowed through November 10). Please see below to learn how to successfully cancel a registration.

To successfully cancel a registration, please email CSDC (registration@csdcconference.org) and provide written notice.

Final Payment Deadline: Friday, November 7: Payment is due two weeks after registration. Beginning November 8, CSDC reserves the right to cancel any registration that has not been paid in full.

Difference Between CSDC Member and Nonmember Rates/Group and Individual Rates: Please note that nonmembers who have selected "CSDC Member" agree to pay the difference between member and nonmember fees. For more details on CSDC Membership, please view our website or contact CSDC at (916) 538-6612. Individuals who have selected the group discounted rate agree to pay the difference between individual and group fees.

Event and Session Cancellation: In the event CSDC needs to cancel or postpone this event, CSDC will offer registrants the option of a refund or a credit that may be applied to a future event. CSDC reserves the right to cancel any session due to presenter illness or other unforeseen events.

Limited Nonexclusive License: Event materials may not be copied, transmitted, shared, downloaded, or used by or for individuals or organizations other than the individual who attended the event without advance, written permission of CSDC.
